Vibration
training originates from the Russian space program, where it was
succesfully utilised to improve bone density and reinforce the muscles
of the cosmonauts.
Vibration training offers
recruitment of virtually 100% of all muscle fibres in all of the
muscle groups. This means that only 15 minutes will provide you
with results comparable to those of a longer, more conventional
workout.
