I am new to fitness, can you help me?

What can a personal trainer help me with?

A personal trainer can help you to make life easier. Whether you are interested in weight loss or weight gain, preparing for a specific event or simply wish to feel a little fitter, Gray's Fitness will help to ensure that you achieve all that you want and more. Working regularly with a personal trainer will help you to maintain your weight, reduce stress, control your blood pressure and make you feel altogether better about yourself.

 

I am very busy at work and find it difficult to get to the gym?

We understand that the constraints of modern life must be balanced with the need to include exercise in your weekly routine. With this in mind we are extremely flexible in our hours of work. Also should you be unable to make it down to the fitness studio we will happily come to you.

This enables you to participate in a regular fitness programme which can be organised around your existing employment and recreational commitments.

 

Do I have to pay a joining fee?

The simple answer is NO. You only pay for what you actually use. Sessions can be paid for individually, or in blocks of 6.

This means that you can try out personal training without worrying about being tied into a long term contract.

Also through the initial FREE consultation you will be able to gain a much better understanding of the processes involved before spending a single penny.
